Let it run idle for about 30 seconds in a safe position. If considerable
vibrations occur or if other defects are recognised, switch off
immediately.
Always lead the mains and extension cable as well as the extraction
hose to the back away from the machine.
Never carry the machine at its cable.
Persons under 16 years of age are not allowed to use the tool.
During use, the operator and other persons standing nearly have to
wear suitable ear protectors, a dust mask, protection goggles as
well as protective gloves.
Keep hands away from the cutting area while the machine is running.
Danger of injury when coming in contact with the cutting disc.
Make sure that persons in the work space are not endangered by
particles flying around.
Hold the handle firmly. Keep the handles dry, clean and free of oil and
grease.
Always firmly clamp the piece to be worked. A workpiece clamped with
clamping devices or in a vice is held more secure than by hand.
Do not saw workpieces that are too small to clamp. Otherwise, the
clearance of your hand to the rotating saw blade is too small.
Guide the saw blade against the workpiece only when the machine is
switched on. Otherwise there is damage of kickback, when the saw
blade becomes wedged in the workpiece.
Attention! The tool still runs for a little while after the machine was
switched off. Never leave the machine before it has come to a complete
stop.
Never remove cutting remainders etc. from the sawing area while the
machine is running. Always guide the tool arm back to the neutral
position first and then switch the machine off.
Operate the power tool only when the work area to the workpiece is
clear of any adjusting tools, cutting remainders , etc. Small pieces of
wood or other objects that come in contact with the rotating saw blade
can strike the operator with high speed.
Power tools have to be inspected by a specialist in regular intervals.

Transportation lock
For securing purposes and for comfortable transportation, the machine is
equipped with a transportation lock (Fig.1). In order to release the same, pull
out the transportation lock and rotate the same by 90° until it engages.
Close the transportation lock after you have finished the works.
