Electrobrush operating instruc-
tions
Your vacuum cleaner is equipped with
an Electrobrush as standard. Please
read the separate operating instructions
supplied with the Electrobrush before
using it for the first time.

are shown on the fold-out pages at
the end of these operating instruc-
tions.
Preparing for use
Attach the suction hose (dia. 01)
 Insert the hose connector into the
suction socket on the vacuum
cleaner until it clicks into position. To
do this, line up the guides on the two
pieces.
To detach the suction hose (dia. 02)
 Press the release buttons at the side
of the hose connector, and lift the
hose from the socket.
Connect the Comfort handle to the
telescopic suction tube (dia. 03)
 Insert the Comfort handle into the
telescopic suction tube until it clicks
into position.
 To release the handle from the suc-
tion tube, press the release button.
To adjust the telescopic tube (dia. 04)
One part of the telescopic tube is
packed inside the other and can be ad-
justed to suit your height for comfort-
able vacuum cleaning.

 Press the release button to release
the tubes and adjust to the required
height.
Connect the telescopic suction tube
to the Electrobrush (dia. 05)
 Insert the telescopic suction tube into
the Electrobrush until it clicks into po-
sition.
Using the Electrobrush
Please observe the flooring manu-
facturer's cleaning and care instruc-
tions.
The Electrobrush is particularly suitable
for intensive vacuuming of carpets
which are subject to hard wear.

The Electrobrush should not be
used for vacuuming deep-pile rugs
and carpets or valuable hand-knot-
ted rugs and carpets, e.g. Persian
and oriental rugs etc. There is a
danger of the threads being pulled
out.

ate instructions supplied with the Elec-
trobrush.
To attach the telescopic suction tube
to the standard floorhead / hard
floorbrush (dia. 06)
 Push the telescopic suction tube into
the floorhead / hard floorbrush and
turn it clockwise or anti-clockwise un-
til it clicks into position.
 To release the floorhead / floorbrush
from the suction tube, press the re-
lease button.
