MANUTENZIONE (FIG.5)

attenzione!
Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione vanno eseguite con macchina
non in funzione e chiave avviamento disinserita.
Pulizia delle spazzole e del tergipavimento.
Per ottenere una buona pulizia con le spazzole e una buona asciugatura
del tergipavimento. Procedere come segue:
-
verifi care che la macchina non sia in funzione.
-
verifi care che il basamento spazzole sia sollevato da terra.
-
verifi care che il tergipavimento sia sollevato da terra.

attenzione!
Se il basamento spazzole non è sollevato da terra, ripetere la pro-
cedura d'avviamento, ruotare la chiave 1 (fi g.1) su pos.1, questa
operazione fa automaticamente sollevare il basamento spazzole.
Disinserire l'impianto ruotando la chiave d'avviamentio su pos.0 e
rimuoverla. Se il tergipavimento non è sollevato da terra, portare
la leva 5 su posizione (A).
-
smontare le spazzole, (vedi "Sostituzione e montaggio spazzole") e
lavarle accuratamente con un getto d'aqua.
-
smontare il tergipavimento seguendo in modo inverso le istruzioni ripor-
tate al capitolo "PREPARAZIONE DELLA MACCHINA - Montaggio e
regolazione del tergipavimento (fi g.2/a)". Pulire accuratamente l'inter-
no del tergipavimento e le gomme con un getto d'acqua.
Per pulire le gomme del tergipavimento occorre smontarle come descritto
in "Cambio del bordo di asciugatura |sostituzione gomme tergi-
pavimento".

Attenzione!
Questa operazione va eseguita a lavoro terminato, utilizzando
guanti e occhiali di protezione.
Sostituzione e montaggio spazzole
Per sostituire (controllare, pulire) le spazzole, procedere come segue:
MEGA 732 | 802:
Il basamento spazzole è dotato di due aperture d'ispezione (E) utilizzate
per controllare lo stato di usura delle spazzole e la sostituzione delle stesse
se necessario, procedere come segue:
-
aprire la protezione e inserire la mano all'interno dell'apertura (E)
d'ispezione.
-
allargare la molla 3 e sganciare le spazzole 1 dal mozzo 2.
-
montare la (nuova) spazzola riagganciandola al mozzo.
-
richiudere l'apertura d'ispezione con la protezione e il suo pomello.
MEGA 601:
Ruotare la spazzola 4 a scatto in senso antiorario (C) per sganciarla dal
basamento. Montare la (nuova) spazzola sul basamento ruotandola in
senso orario (D) per bloccarla.
MEGA 702 R:
1. tirare verso l'alto la levetta laterale sinistra 9 del basamento spazzole e
sganciare il fl ap 10.
2. ruotare il supporto spazzola 11 in senso orario fi no a fi ne asola.
3. sfi lare il supporto 11 dal basamento e togliere la spazzola 14 sul lato
sinistro come indicato in foto.
4. montare la (nuova) spazzola ripetendo le operazioni in modo inverso.
Per sostituire la spazzola sul lato destro bisogna rimuovere la copiglia 12
e sganciare il fl ap 13, quindi procedere alla sostituzione come descritto nei
punti 2) 3) 4) per spazzola sinistra.
Sostituzione gomma paraspruzzi dal basamento spazzole
Nei modelli MEGA 601 | 732 | 802 rimuovere le viti 6 e i piastrini 7 e sostituire
la gomma 19.
Nei modelli MEGA 702 R rimuovere le viti 8 e sostituire le gomma 20.
Cambio del bordo di asciugatura |sostituzione gomme
tergipavimento.
Se la lavasciuga non aspira e asciuga perferttamente. Cambiare il bordo di
asciugatura, se tutti i bordi 24 (nr.4 per gomma) delle gomme 15 e 16 sono
usurati sostituirle. procedere come segue:
Gomma posteriore
-
sganciare la chiusura a leva 17, rimuovere i pomelli 18 e i relativi
premigomma 22.
-
togliere la gomma posteriore 15.
-
montare la nuova gomma sul tergipavimento.
-
rimontare i premigomma.
Gomma anteriore
-
allentare i dadi 23.
-
rimuovere il premigomma 21.
-
togliere la gomma anteriore 16.
-
montare la nuova gomma sul tergipavimento.
-
rimontare il premigomma.
Riavvitare i pomelli e fermare la gomma 15 con la chiusura a leva.
Stringere i dadi per fermare la gomma 16.
Provvedere alla regolazione del tergipavimento come descritto al capitolo
"Montaggio e regolazione del tergipavimento (fi

All the following maintenance operations have to be done when
the machine is switched off, taking off the key from the dashboard.
Cleaning the brushes and squeegee
For a correct cleaning and drying procedure, the brushes and squeegee
must be removed and washed accurately, proceed as follows:

If brush support is not raised, repeat the start procedure, turn the key
1 (fi g.1) on pos.1, this operation will lift automatically up the brushes
support. turn the starting key on pos.0 and remove it.
Turn the lever 5 on position (A) If the squeegee is not raised.

In order to clean the squeegee rubbers, proceed as described in the "Chan-
ge the drying rubber edge | replacing the squeegee rubbers" section.

Execute this operation when the work is fi nished, using protection
gloves and glasses.
Replacing and fi tting the brushes
To replace (check, clean) the brushes, proceed as follows:
MEGA 732 | 802:
The brushes support has two inspection slots (E) used for check or replace
the brush if necessary:

MEGA 601:
Turn counterclockwise (C) the brush 4 and unlock it from support. Fit the
(new) brush and turn it clockwise (D) to lock it.
MEGA 702 R:
1. pull up the lever 9 on the left side of the brush support and unlock the
2. turn the brush support 11 clockwise to the end of its slot.
3. remove the support 11 and remove the brush 14 as shown in the
4. fi t the (new) brush by repeating the operations in reverse order.
To replacing the brush on right side, remove split pin 12, and unlock fl ap
13 and repeat points 2-3-4 described for the left brush.
Replacing the splash guard rubber from brush support
For MEGA 601 | 732 | 802 remove screws 6 and plates 7 and replace the
splash guard 19.
For MEGA 702 R remove screws 8 and replace the splash guard 20.
Change the drying rubber edge | Replacing the squee-
gee rubbers.
If the scrubber-drier does not dry perfecly. Change the rubber edge. If each
edges 24 (nr.4 for rubbers) on the rubbers 15 and part 16 are worn, replace
them as follows:
Rear rubber

Screw the knobs and lock the rubber 15 by the closing lever.
Tighten the nuts to lock the rubber 16.
Adjust the squeegee as described in the "Fitting and adjusting the sque-
egee (fi g.2/a)" section.

Caution!
check, the machine must not work.
check, the brush support is raised.
check, the squeegee is raised.
Caution!
remove the brushes, (see "Replacing and fi tting the brushes") and
wash them accurately using a water jet.
remove the squeegee by reversing the instructions described in the
PREPARING THE MACHINE - Fitting and adjusting the squeegee
(fi g.2/a) wash it accurately using a water jet.
Caution!
open the cover and insert the hand trough the slot (E).
extend the spring 3 to unlock the brush kit 1 from hub 2.
fi t the (new) brush and lock it on the hub
close the inspection slot by means of cover and knob.

unlock the closing lever 17, remove knobs 18 and retainers bar 22.
remove the rear rubber 15.
fi t the new rubber on squeegee.
restore the retainers bar.
slacken nuts 23.
remove the retainer bar 21.
remove the front rubber 16.
fi t the new rubber on the squeegee.
restore the retainer bar.
