EHMB
· Remove transport packaging such as foils (polyethylene) and cardboard. The
packaging is intended for recycling (except for: oiled paper = other waste).
· Use the product in its original condition without any unauthorised
modifications.
· Take the tolerance of the tightening torques into account. Unless otherwise
specified, the tolerance is ±20 %.

Mechanical installation

· Do not modify the screws and threaded
pins if not directly requested to do so in
these operating instructions.
To mount the motor for rotation:
· Mount the motor on the rotation−stroke
module in accordance with the assembly
instructions for the kit recommended in
the catalogue.
To mount the DNC(E) pneumatic (electric)
cylinder for the stroke:
1. Screw four screws for mounting the
DNC(E) into the through−holes of the
cylinder retainer (Z).
2. Screw the rod eye aJ onto the piston rod
of the DNC(E).
When attaching the cylinder retainer, the
rod eye should be adjusted so that it fits
onto the connecting bolt on the EHMB
and the dimension X (è Fig. 5) is
observed.
