AUXILIARY HANDLE
Normally auxiliary handle (A) is screwed on top of the machine. You can
however fit it in two other positions, depending on the required work and the
fitted hood (see fig.1).
The vibration-dampening auxiliary handle reduces the vibrations, making
operation more comfortable and secure.
Switching on and off
Always check the position of ON/OFF switch. The power tool must be
connected to the power supply socket only when this switch is in OFF position.
The angle grinder is secured against unintentional switching on.
Switching on:
First push forward the auxiliary button (B) positioned at the bottom (C) of the
main handle, then press ON/OFF switch.
For continuous operation switch can be locked. In this case while holding
switch, press button (B) and then release switch(C).
Switching off:
Release switch; in case the switch is locked, first press and then release
the switch(B).
In case of mains drop-out (or temporary drop-out for time t > 0.5 s), when
the ON/ OFF switch is in ON position, the machine should not operate
after supply recovering. To start operating the machine, first switch off
and then switch on the lever of ON/OFF switch
Fitting the hoods
Suction hood (F):
The suction hood (F) must always be fitted in combination with a diamond cutting wheel.

Wheel guard (K):
Mounting the wheel guard:
Place the wheel guard (K) in non-operating position so that the four teeth
coincide with the four grooves in the bearing seat. Press the fastening lever (J)
(see Fig.5) to release it. Press the wheel guard down and rotate it in the
necessary operating position. Release the fastening lever to a stable position
in which the wheel guard is fixed.The fixing lever tooth enters into one of the
guard grooves.
Rotating the wheel guard in a new operating position:
Press the fastening lever to release it. Rotate the wheel guard to the necessary
operating position. Release the fastening lever to a stable position in which the
wheel guard is fixed. The fixing lever tooth enters into one of the guard grooves.
