Operating Instructions

Repair

Repairs should only be performed by authorize d personnel
who are familiar with the repa ir instructi ons.

Disposal

Dispose of used or contaminate d lubricants as well as of parts
that were in touch wit h lubricant a ccording to the legal regula-
tions pertaining t o environmental protection. Make sure to
observe the safety data sheets of the lubricant s used.

Installation

Any safety equipment already f itted to the vehicle or the
ma chine:
- should not be modified or made ine ffective;
- should only be removed for the purpose of fitting the
system;
- must be reinstalled after fitting the system.
Ke ep Quicklub ce ntralized lubrication systems away from
source s of heat. Adhere to the operating temperature.
Use only original Lincoln spa re parts or parts a pproved by
Lincoln.
Adhere to:
- the installation instructions of the vehicle or machine
manufacturer as regards all drilling and welding
procedure s.
- the specified minimum distances betwee n the boreholes
and the upper/lower rim of the frame or between two
boreholes.

The ADR Quicklub centra l lubrication pump complies with
the design regula tions of annex B of the ADR

(valid for the Fede ral Republic of Germany)

Moreover, the pump and its electrical equipme nt comply
with the regulations of annex B.2 (ADR / GGVS regula-
tions for ele ctrical equipment) according to Rn 220000 in
conjunction with the transport units mentione d in Rn
10251.

The ADR central lubrica tion pump i s in conformity with the
protection class IP6K9K.

Consider the torsion torques.
ATTENTION!
Consider residual ripple of max. ±5 % to
connect pum ps with direct current version
(in relation to the operating voltage acc. to
DIN 41755).

Install the ADR Quicklub centralized lubrication pump, the
metering devices, lines and tube f ittings as well as the
electrical connection part s in accordance with the Instal-
lati on I nstructions. Use only original Lincoln parts.
5.
Afte r complet ion of the proper installation a nd commis-
sioning, the installation of the system must be certi-
fied by means of a stamp and signature of the spe-
cialized workshop or expert. For this purpose, use the
foll owing form.
6.
If the pump and the installation do not comply with the
construction regulations of ADR a nd GGVS, the type ap-
proval is no longer val id.
7.
The Operating Instructions along with the certificate duly
filled in must be added to the vehicle papers. It is to be
submitted at the inspe ction in accorda nce with § 6, clause
4 GGVS.
