Troubleshooting

Below, some typical problems are shown that may arise during the installation and use of the supervisor
program, with the possible causes and solutions.
PROBLEM
It is impossible to install the WinLog - Incorrect indication of the source and/or
program
The program does not start
After the installation of a new version - The new program has been installed in
of WinLog, the program behaves like the same directory as the old program
the old version
The mouse does not respond to
the movements
Communication is not established
with the device used
It is impossible to print data

CAUSE SOLUTION
- Repeat the installation correctly specifying
destination disk drives the disk-drive containing the program
diskette and the disk-drive where the
program is to be installed.
- There is not enough space for the - At least 4MBytes of available space on
installation of the program on the disk. the disk are necessary for the installation
of the program.
- The program is being "started" with an - Make sure that in the command line of

- The default Windows™ printer is not the - Make sure that the printer connected to
