MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Verwijder de vloermat en de beschermplaat van het reservewiel.
Verwijder het achterpaneel. Demonteer de zijpanelen uit de bagage-
ruimte. Verwijder de twee moddervangers uit de bumper. Maak de
benzine-leiding t.p.v. punt E los. Neem de uitlaatdemper uit de laatste
ophanging. Verwijder t.p.v. de punten D en E de kunststof-pluggen uit
de onderzijde van het chassis en bagageruimte.
2. Boor via de nu ontstane gaten D via de onderzijde ø11mm door tot in
de kofferruimte. Vergroot deze gaten aan de bovenzijde tot ø27mm.
Breng de contra's A en B met tussenplaatsing van de afstandsbussen
ø26.9 x21,7 L=51mm op de bodemvloer aan. Knip overeenkomstig fi-
guur 1 de aangegeven delen af. Meet de breedte maat (overeenkomstig
schets ) uit op de gaten C. Boor de gaten C ø11mm door en door. Boor
de gaten E ø11mm alleen in de bagage-ruimte*. Verwijder de contra's
A en B en vergroot de gaten C in de bodemvloer tot ø18mm. Vergroot
de gaten E in de bodemvloer tot ø27mm. Herplaats contraplaten
inclusief bouten en afstandsbussen overeenkomstig schets.
3. Plaats de trekhaak t.p.v. de punten D en E en bevestig deze d.m.v. vier
moeren M10 inclusief veerringen. Plaats de steunen F en G en beves-
tig deze overeenkomstig schets. Monteer de kogelstang inclusief
stekkerplaat. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig de tabel
vast. Zaag overeenkomstig figuur 2 een deel uit de zijpanelen. Hang de
uitlaat in het uitlaatrubber. Herplaats het onder punt 1 verwijderde.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-,
rem- en brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the floor mat and the spare wheel cover panel. Remove the
back panel. Remove the side panels from the luggage compartment.
Take off the side panels and move them to the center. Remove the two
mudguards from the bumper. Loosen the fuel pipe at points E. Loosen
the exhaust silencer from the last clamp. Remove the plastic plugs at
points D and E on the underside of the chassis and luggage compart-
ment.
2. Drill 11 mm diameter holes through the holes created at point D and E
through the underside into the luggage area. Increase the size of these
holes at the top to 27 mm diameter. Position the backplates A and B
over the spacer bushes (26.9 mm dia. x 2.6, L = 51 mm) on the vehicle
floor. Cut out the portions as indicated in fig. 1. Measure the width
between holes C (as shown in the sketch). Drill holes C 11 mm diame-
ter through the floor. Drill holes E in the trunk alone to ø 11 mm*.
Remove backplates A and B and enlarge holes C in the floor to18 mm
diameter. Enlarge holes E in the floor to27 mm diameter. Replace the
backplates, bolts and spacer bushes as shown in the sketch.
3. Position the towbar at points D and E and fasten this using four nuts
M10 including spring washers. Position the supports F and G and attach
them as shown in the sketch. Fit the ball hitch including socket plate.
Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table. Saw a por-
tion out of the side panel as shown in figure 2. Replace the exhaust in
the exhaust rubber. Replace those parts removed in step 1.
