 The range between transmitter and boat vehicle is very low
• Pull out the telescopic aerial all the way.
• The receiver aerial cable is rolled up. Unroll it and install the included arial tube, see chapter 8. b).
• The driving batteries are weak or discharged. Replace the driving batteries with new, fully charged ones.
• Check the batteries/rechargeable batteries in the transmitter and replace them in necessary.
• There may be interferneces or otehr models on the frequency used by your transmitter/receiver. replace the crystals
in transmitter and receiver; see chapter 12.
 The vehicle doesn't drive in a straight line correctly
• Adjust the steering trimmer at the transmitter.
• Check the steering rods or wheel alignment setting.
• Did your car have an accident? If so, check the vehicle for any defective or broken parts and replace them.
 Steering works opposite to the way the wheel is turned at the transmitter
• Activate the steering reverese setting at the transmitter.
 Driving works opposite to the movement of the throttle/brake lever at the transmitter
Usually, the vehicle should drive forwards if you pull the throttle/brake lever at the transmitter towards the handle.
• Activate the driving reverese setting at the transmitter.
• Change speed controller programming; See chapter 10. b), function #11.
• If the brushless motor is disconnected from the speed controller and reconnected, the alignment of the 3 connection
cables between the motor and speed controller is not correct. Simply swap two of the three cables between motor
and speed controller. This will reverse the rotational direction of the brushless motor.
 Speed controller braking function or reverse driving do not work
• Check the speed controller programming; See chapter 10. b), functions #1, #6 and #7.
• Observe chapter 8 j). If required, activate the driving reverese setting at the transmitter.
 After the speed controller is switched on, the motor emits a double beep approximately every second
• The battery voltage is too high or too low Check that the correct driving batteries are connected, see, e.g., chapter 8.
g).
• Programme the correct number of cells (see chapter 10. b), functions #12); switch from "Auto" to "4 cells".
