5. Rotate the track arm (F) 90° (Fig. 8). Tighten the
track arm clamp lever (C) Fig. 8 by pulling it to the
front position.
6. Remove the blade guard clamping rod and washer
(G) Fig. 9. Remove blade guard assembly (H).
7. Place the cuttinghead clamp (J) Fig. 10 in the slot on
top of the cuttinghead.
NOTE: The jaws of the cuttinghead clamp must be
open.
8. Lift the cuttinghead assembly (B) Fig. 11. Insert the roller bearings (K) into the track arm assembly.
NOTE: Make certain that the roller bearings (K) are riding on the track rods (L). Push the cuttinghead assembly (B) Fig.
11 into the track arm assembly (A). Tighten the cuttinghead clamp (J) Fig. 11.
9. Attach the end cap (N) Fig. 12 to the rear of track arm assembly (A). Secure it with two 5/16-18 x 3/4" button head
screws (P) and 5/16" lockwashers (Q) supplied.
