Spare parts may be ordered or repair work
arranged via specialist technicians and/or Wilo
customer service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, all data on
the rating plate should be submitted with each
order.

Causes
Set pressure out of adjustment
Insufficient system capacity
No air in the tank
Cut-in pressure for the low
water pressure controller set

Remedies
Readjust.
Install a supplementary tank.
Inflate the tank or replace the vessel.
Adjust the pressure controller to the correct setting.
Adjust the low water pressure controller to the
minimum setting. If the issue persists, the municipal
water mains supply is insufficient; check the pressure
gauge reading when the pumps start up, or consult
the municipal water supplier.
Check all connections to the switchgear terminal.
Set up the bypass on the baseplate of the duty
cycling module.
Replace the valves.

12 Disposal

Lawful disposal and appropriate recycling of this
product prevents damage to the environment and
risks to health. Disposal in accordance with regu-
lations requires draining, cleaning and dismantling
of the motor pump unit. Lubricants must be col-
lected. The components of the pressure-boosting
system must be sorted according to materials
(metal, plastic and electronics).
