Guarantee conditions for home products of KRISPOL
Dear Customers!
Thank you for trusting us and buying Krispol products. We make every effort to ensure that our products are manufactu-
red to the highest standards. However, in case of any problem, please observe the following guarantee terms. In order to
continuously improve our offer, we encourage you to share your comments on Krispol products with us. For this purpose,
please use our special e-mail address: produkty@krispol.pl. We look forward to your suggestions and comments.
TERMS USED IN THE MANUAL
1.
Krispol - Krispol sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Psary Male, Budowlana 1, 62-300 Września, entered in the register of the National Court
Register under the number 0000159144, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 7891541390.
2. The buyer - a buyer of Krispol product.
3. The Seller - a retail point authorized to sell Krispol products.
4. Krispol products - ‚home products' manufactured by Krispol: garage doors, roller shutters, PVC windows, entrance doors.
5. Manual - „Instruction Manual / Guarantee book"; attached to a product, containing guidelines for proper use, guarantee card and service book.
GUARANTEE PERIOD
1. Krispol guarantees the correct functioning of Krispol Products for a period of 2 years from the date of their sale indicated on the proof of purchase
(invoice or receipt), but no longer than for 2.5 years from the production date indicated on the nameplate, attached to the Krispol Product.

The buyer shall ensure that the Krispol Product is subject to technical inspection. It is required to perform the technical inspection at least once per
year, but when the product performs more than five cycles per day (one cycle includes opening and closing of garage doors/ roller shutters) then the
inspection interval shall increase proportionally.

The technical inspection consists of a detailed visual inspection of Krispol Product and filling documentation included in the Manual, which is confirmed
by the stamp of the person performing the inspection. Any defects or damage disclosed during this period, covered by the guarantee, should be
immediately notified in writing to the Seller.
4. The guarantee obligations shall be performed only in the country in which the Krispol product has been sold, located north of the 44°N parallel.
5. Installation of Krispol Products and their technical inspection must be performed by specialized, trained and licensed assembly teams. The list of Krispol
Partners is presented on www.krispol.pl
6. Costs related to periodic technical inspections and to natural wear and tear of the Krispol Product, shall be fully covered by the Buyer. The Seller shall
each issue an invoice for performed services.
GUARANTEE TERMS

The Seller shall be responsible for accepting and considering a guarantee claim, therefore guarantee claims shall be provided to the address of the Seller.
8. A guarantee claim concerning Krispol Products shall be valid only with the proof of purchase, invoice(s) for inspection(s), properly filled guarantee card
and service book, which is a apart of the Manual.

The Buyer shall enable the Seller to collect the data necessary for the implementation of the guarantee process and to provide access to the product
covered by the guarantee.
10. In case of positive response of Krispol to a guarantee claim, the Buyer shall be provided with a free, timely (not longer than 30 days) and accurate
removal of the defect by one of the following activities:
a. repairing the Krispol Product,
b. replacing the Krispol Product with a product free of defects, when the repair is impossible.
11. The manner and form of satisfying the guarantee claim shall be selected by Krispol. Replaced parts become the property of Krispol.
12. The guarantee covering replaced and repaired materials (if the repair was significant) shall start anew. In other cases, the guarantee period shall be
extended by the period in which the Buyer could not use the product in relation to the submitted claim.
13. The guarantee shall not cover the Buyer's right to claim any return of lost profits due to the failure of the Krispol Product.
14. The Manufacturer is not responsible for any damages occurring on the Buyer's part, the Buyer's commercial losses or other primary and secondary
damages resulting from the product's defect.
15. Costs incurred by the Manufacturer in relation to any possible defects of the product must not exceed the product's value.
16. This guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Buyer resulting from the warranty for defects in the goods sold.
GENERAL GUARANTEE TERMS
17. Automatic components of garage doors, windows, doors and roller shutters are not covered by this guarantee, they may be covered by a guarantee
issued by their manufacturer.
18. This guarantee shall not apply in the following cases:
a. improper selection of Krispol product in relation to the conditions of its installation and use; introducing changes in product design;
b. removed Krispol labels and nameplates:
c. improper installation or repair and their consequences; improper transport;
d. use of non-original spare parts;
e. installing the Krispol Product within 500 m of the coastline;
f. mechanical damage caused, among other things, by hitting, tipping over, crashing during installation or use; as well as thermal damage to windows
and natural defects to glass resulting from the standards applicable at the glass manufacturer's plant;
g. damage caused by extreme natural phenomena or contact with an aggressive environment or effects of external factors such as salts, alkalis, acids;
h. damage resulting from improper maintenance of the Krispol Product and a failure to observe the instructions of the user manual;
i. exposing the product to temperatures lower than -25°C and higher than +55°C;
j. disruption to the control unit caused by strong electromagnetic fields emitted by other devices;
k. failure to maintain the Krispol Product in proper cleanliness;
