Compressor rating:
A compressor with approx. 250 l/min corresponds to
a motor rating of 2.2 kW
Work settings:
A working pressure of 6 bar should be set at the
pressure reducer or filter pressure reducer
Remember:
Wear the necessary protective clothing, in
particular safety goggles and safety gloves,
when working with the suction spray gun. Pay
attention to the safety regulations.
6. Starting up
Screw the supplied nipple into the spray gun handle.
Plug the suction hose onto the connector on the
spray gun handle and the other end of the hose onto
the connector of the intake tube. Ensure that the
distance between the end of the hose and the intake
tube is approx. 5 mm. This prevents a vacuum from
being generated when the suction function is
activated. After you have connected the gun to the
compressed air supply, insert the intake tube into the
blasting agent. Make sure that external tube is not
completely submerged in the blasting agent. This
could generate a vacuum and the spraying function
will not work.
Important.
Before inserting new nozzles, always disconnect
the spray gun from the compressed air supply.
The nozzle should be replaced after it has been
in prolonged use. If the nozzle becomes clogged
or sprays too much to the side, these are signs
that replacement is due.
To replace the nozzle, unscrew the front Allen
screw which holds the nozzle in place. Then pull
out the nozzle.
Insert the new nozzle carefully. Retighten the

Allen screw.
To replace the inner nozzle, undo the rear Allen
screw and remove the nozzle mount. Then

remove the inner nozzle. The small O-ring and
the large sealing ring must be placed on the
replacement nozzle. Finally, insert the new

pressure.
Damage caused by improper use or
unauthorized intervention
8. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts
8.1 Cleaning
Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor
housing free of dirt and dust as far as possible.
Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it
with compressed air at low pressure.
We recommend that you clean the device
immediately each time you have finished using it.
Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth
and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents
or solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of
the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep
into the device.
8.2 Maintenance
There are no parts inside the equipment which
require additional maintenance.
8.3 Ordering replacement parts:
Please quote the following data when ordering
