Warning signs and safety instructions
The inverter and the PIKO BASensor may only be installed, operated, maintained and repaired by trained
and qualified electrical staff. Please also observe the instructions in the operating manual of the inverter.

RISK OF DEATH DUE TO ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND DISCHARGE!
Always de-energise the inverter before any work on the system.
RISK OF DEATH DUE TO ELECTRICAL SHOCK
DC lines and inverters carry DC voltage when the solar modules are exposed
to light.
RISK OF DEATH DUE TO ELECTRICAL SHOCK
For systems with a connected battery. The lines to the battery are live with
DC voltage. Switch off the battery with the battery switch prior to carrying out
work and activate the inverter.
INJURIES CAN RESULT FROM DESTRUCTION OF THE DEVICE!
When the maximum values for the permitted input voltage at the DC inputs are
exceeded, this can result in serious damage, which may destroy the device and
cause serious injury to any person present. Even brief exceeding of the voltage
can cause damage to the device.
DANGER DUE TO ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS!
Persons with pacemakers, metallic implants or hearing aids should not enter
systems with inverters.
RISK OF BURNS FROM HOT PARTS!
Allow device to cool before any maintenance or repair work.
RISK OF FIRE DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF DC PLUG!
Observe the specifications and instructions of the plug-socket manufacturer.
RISK OF BURNS FROM ARCS!
Always switch off DC switch before disconnecting the plug connector.
RISK OF FIRE DUE TO HEATING UP OF THE MAINS CABLE!
Install AC line circuit breaker to secure against overcurrent.
