7. Initial use

Note
Before using the massage roll for the first time, charge it first for
a minimum of 2 ½ hours. Proceed as follows:
1. Connect the supplied USB
charging cable to the massage
roll. The connection for the USB
charging cable is located on the
side of the massage roll.
2. Then plug the USB charging cable into
a PC or, using a USB adapter, into a
suitable socket.
Whilst charging, the LEDs flash from left to right. As soon as the
massage roll is fully charged, all three LEDs are permanently
illuminated. When fully charged, the battery will last for approx.
two hours of operation at a low intensity level or for one hour of
operation at a high intensity level. You cannot use the massage
roll during the charging process. If the battery is dead, the LEDs
flash in the relevant set intensity level.
