If the display alternates between temperature and fault code F2 there are
problems with the temperature sensor on the evaporator. This has no
effect on the operation of the cabinet, but the sensor should be replaced
as soon as possible. Request service assistance.

If the red lamp on the left of the display lights up, the indication is that the
condenser temperature is too high. Switch off the appliance and see
whether the condenser has been covered. If this is not the case, the high
temperature might be the result of dirt on the condenser. The condenser
can be cleaned with a brush or vacuum cleaner. Switch on the cabinet
again. After an hour, the cabinet should run normally. If the lamp begins to
light up again, request service assistance.
NOTE! If several cabinets are coupled to the same compressor, this
function no longer applies.

Temperature alarm

If the temperature is some degrees higher or lower than the cabinet setting, the
displayed temperature will flash to indicate an alarm condition. The placing of many
warm items in the cabinet, or frequently leaving the door open for long periods will
cause the temperature to rise and produce an alarm condition so that the display
begins to flash. This is quite normal and does not mean there is a problem with the
cabinet. After a short time the temperature will resume its normal level.
Manual defrost (see section "Defrosting") will also trigger the alarm, i.e. the displayed
temperature will rise for a short time and then fall again - without affecting items
stored in the cabinet.

Defrosting

Defrosting is automatically performed twice every 24 hours. If the cabinet is
operating under servere load (frequent door opening and frequent replenishment)
manual defrosting can become necessary. The cabinet can be manually defrosted
by switching it off and on. It will then start to defrost. The next defrost will occur 12
hours later.
Warning !!
Do not use mechanical devices or other
means to accelerate the defrosting process.

Defrost water

Defrost water is led through a tube in the insulation, to a tray on the back of the
cabinet. A re-evaporation pipe from the refrigeration system, placed in the tray,
evaporates the defrost water.
The tray should be regularly cleaned (minimum once a year).
