Hinweise
Die Verzögerung der Verarbeitung eines Schaltbefehles vom Sender
zum Empfänger ist auf 1 s voreingestellt, um zu schnelle Betätigung
zu verhindern (sofern Funkschnittstelle frei und keine Wiederho-
lungstelegramme). Das Schaltsignal eines Senders darf nicht in
einem kürzeren Abstand erzeugt werden, da sonst dieses Signal
unterdrückt wird. Die voreingestellte Verzögerungszeit kann von 1
s auf min. 125 ms bis max. 31,9 s eingestellt werden (siehe RF RxT
SW868/915/917/922-NET, »Schnittstellenbeschreibung/Funkempfän-
ger«, Abschnitt »StateMessage-Response«, Unterpunkt »RECORD.

Wartung und Reinigung
.steute empfiehlt eine regelmäßige Wartung wie folgt:
1. Schmutzreste entfernen.
Gehäuse nur von außen reinigen. Gehäuse mit Haushaltsreinigern rei-
nigen. Keine Druckluft verwenden, um zu reinigen.

Entsorgung

- Nationale, lokale und gesetzliche Bestimmungen
zur Entsorgung beachten.
- Materialien getrennt dem Recycling zuführen.
ESD
Bei allen Arbeiten, die das Öffnen des Gerätes erforderlich machen,
auf ausreichenden ESD-Schutz achten.

All actions described in these mounting and wiring instructions may
only be performed by qualified persons who have been trained and au-
thorised by the operating company.
Do not install or operate this device until you have read and under-
stood the mounting and wiring instructions and are familiar with the
valid occupational safety and accident prevention regulations.
Selection and installation of devices and their integration in control
systems demand qualified knowledge of all the relevant laws, as well
as the normative requirements of the machine manufacturer.
In case of doubt, the German language version of these instructions
shall prevail.
Scope of delivery
1 device, mounting and wiring instructions, carton.
Purpose and use
The device of type SW868 is intended for use in the European Union. It
complies with the European Union's Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) for
radio equipment.
The device of type SW915 is intended for use in Canada, USA, and Mex-
ico. It complies with the requirements of FCC Rules and IC Rules, RSS-
210. It has an approval number for the Mexican states.
The device of type SW917 is intended for use in Brazil. It complies with
the requirements of Resolucão 242/2000.
The device of type SW922 is intended for use in Japan. It complies with
the requirements of ARIB STD-T108.
The RF I/O mainly consists of three parts:
- the energy supply with an external power supply via a M12 female
plug-in connector,
- the wireless part with integrated quad interface for the external
sensors/switches,
- and the connection part (M12 male plug-in connector) for the exter-
nal sensors/switches.
The contacts for connecting the external sensors/switches are at the
four M12 plug-in connectors. Connect the external sensors/switches
to the M12 plug-in connectors. To do that, use the connecting cable,
mat. no. 1189960. It is available as an accessory. Each detected switch-
ing event generates a wireless transmission. This also applies if sever-
al channels are activated/deactivated at the same time. When using an
external sensor/switch: connect an NC/NO contact from plus (pin 1) to
the entry (pin 4).
The transmission is carried out at a frequency of 868.3 MHz (EU) or
915.0 MHz (USA, Canada, Mexico) or 917.0 MHz (Brazil) or 916.5 MHz
(Japan). It is possible to transmit a status signal that transmits the
current switching state of the entries independent from a switching
signal. The time is set to 10,000 s as standard. The receiver must con-
form to the sWave.NET ® protocol of the steute module.
