which lacks vent

Remedy
Adjust intake nozzle. See the paragraph
»Adjustment for maximum Capacity«.
RPM on PTO must be correct.
Replace or tighten the belts.
The air regulator has not been released from
the starting position or its functioning is ham-
pered by dirt.
The pipeline should be kept as short as pos-
sible. Do not use more bends and diverters
than necessary. See also the paragraph
»Piping instructions«.
Unclip bend from the top of the cyclone and
clean the screen.
Open so that the conveying air may escape.
When moisture is high the flow rate is poor
and the capacity is reduced.
Due to reduced flow rate and lower specific
gravity the capacity is reduced when hand-
ling dirty grain.
Replace the seals.
Replace the rubber blades.
Clear the pipe system. See the paragraph
»Clearing a blocked pipe system«.
Remove the object and check for damage to
the rotary valve.
Replace or tighten the V-belts. See the
paragraph »Maintenance«
