3.2.- Faults

PROBLEM
Spinning with excessive
movement or no spin.
Machine does not heat.
Machine heats slowly.
Machine heats excessively.
Door does not open
The drum does not move
Machine is overloaded
Machine does not drain
CAUSE
Spring or shock absorber breakage.
Micro is in the wrong position.
Micro cable loose.
Micro stop loose.
Heating elements are broken.
One of the heating elements' two contactors is broken.
Steam valve broken.
Thermostat is broken.
Any of the heating elements are broken.
Emptying valve does not close properly
Steam valve does not close properly.
Thermostat is broken.
Electromagnet is broken
Micro door is broken
Broken belts
Variator is broken
Pressostat is broken
Pressostat conduct has holes in it
Solenoid valve is broken.
Emptying valve is clogged.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Change them
Position it correctly
Tie it correctly
Tighten the screws
Change heating elements
Change contactor.
Change valve
Change thermostat
Change heating element
Clean emptying valve.
Clean steam valve
Change thermostat
Change electromagnet
Change micro door
Change belts
Change variator
Change programmer
Change pressostat conduct
