Cleaning and care
Switch the appliance off. Remove the mains plug from the socket and allow the appliance to cool
(approx. 30 mins.). Clean the body, pan, lid and batter spreader with a damp cloth. The griddle plate
can be removed and washed in warm water. You are advised not to clean it in the dishwasher or with
detergent to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents
or scourers. NEVER immerse the grill in water, and NEVER put it in the dishwasher.
Advice: On the coated griddle plate and the pan use only tools (e.g. spatulas) made of wood or plastic.
Sharp or metal tools can damage the coating and are to be avoided.
Faults
In the event of a malfunction or fault, remove the mains plug immediately. Repairs should be carried
out only by a qualifed electrician. We do not accept any liability for attempted repairs by unqualified
persons.

Storage
The appliance should be stored in a dry place out of the reach of children.

Disposal

Obsolete appliances may be returned to the point of purchase
for free expert disposal.
Appliances with dangerous defects must be disposed of immediately
to prevent further use.
Do not dispose of the appliance with your normal household rubbish
(to protect the environment)!
