After a cooling down period of 5-10 minutes, the machine
can be switched on again as follows:
Press red button (2),
Press black button (3).
If the machine does not start, extend the cool-down time.
Exhaust
When operating in confined spaces an exhaust extraction
system must be connected to the extraction connections.

Assembly of the exhaust connections:
Lower the planer table (1) with the crank all the way down
and push from the rear the extraction connections (2)
into the machine with the centre pin (3) into the hole (4)
in the planer table.
Then raise the thicknessing table until the exhaust hood
fits tightly.

Raise the cutter block cover (3) until it stops and clamp
it firmly with the star knob screw.
Place the exhaust connections on the planer table in a
way that the 2 knurled screws (4) with the threaded holes
can be screwed on the planer table (5).
Tighten both knurled screws.
The setting with the planer is done with the crank (K).
The setting scale is on the rear under the dressing table.

The height of is set with the flat spanner (8)
After loosening the knurled screws (6) the blade guard
(7) can be pushed to the side and the correct planer
width set. After setting retighten the knurled screw.
Surfacing:
The amount of chip removal is set by means (L) of the
scale (M) on the front side of the table top M. The best
surface is obtained at a planing depth between 0.5 and
1.5 mm.
Warning:
The part of the cutter block not used must by covered
by the guard. Working position is in front of the machine
at the side of the infeed table. Put the fingers of both
hands on top of the work piece. Do not hold the work
piece edges.
The work pieces to be planed must lie firmly on the table
so they can be guided safely. For shorter work pieces use
surcharge.

Si la machine ne fonctionne toujours pas, prolongez le
temps de refroidissement.
Aspiration
En cas d'utilisation dans des pièces fermées, un dispositif
d'aspiration doit être relié au manchon d'aspiration.

Montage du manchon d'aspiration :
Montez la table de rabot (1) avec la manivelle vers le bas
et poussez le manchon d'aspiration (2) de l'arrière dans
la machine en veillant à ce que la broche de centrage (3)
entre dans l'ouverture (4) sur la table de rabot.
Pour finir, placez la table de rabot face vers le haut
jusqu'à ce que le manchon d'aspiration soit bien fixé.

Soulevez la protection de l'arbre de dégau (3) jusqu'à la
butée et serrez-la avec la vis à poignée étoile.
Placez le manchon d'aspiration sur la table de dégau de
sorte que les 2 vis moletées (4) puissent être vissées
dans les trous taraudés sur la table de dégau (5).
Serrez fermement les vis moletées.
L'ajustage s'effectue avec la manivelle pour le rabotage
(K). L'échelle de réglage se trouve à l'arrière, en dessous
de la table de dégau.

Le réglage de la hauteur s'effectue avec la vis à poignée
étoile (8)
Après avoir desserré la vis moletée (6), vous pouvez pous-
sez le protège-lame (7) sur le côté et réglez le rabot à la
bonne hauteur. Resserrez fermement la vis moletée après
le réglage.
Dégauchisser:
La profondeur de rabotage est réglée par la poignée (L)
monté sur la face de la table N, à l'aide d'une échelle.
La meilleure (M) surface s'obtient avec une profondeur
de rabotage entre 0,5 et 1,5 mm.
Attention:
Le dispositif de protection de l'arbre de rabotage doit
recouvrir la partie non utilisée de l'arbre. La position
de travaille est devant la machine à côté d'alimenta-
tion de bois. Mettre les doigts de deux mains sur la
pièce à travailler. Ne pas toucher les arêtes du bois.
