Assembling trimming endstop unit Fig. 3
Attention! Device must be unplugged from mains during
any retooling or assembly work
Mount the trimming bracket (A) on the side wall of the
planing machine with 2 allen screws (B) M6 x20 mm and
2 washers 6 mm (B).

Place the stop at an angle of 90°, and clamp it with the
thumb screw (H). Now screw on the hexagonal screw (F)
until it stops and lock it with the nut. Now set the fence
to 45° and clamp it with the clamping screw (H). Now
screw on the inner-hexagonal (G) until it stops and lock
it with the nut.
Assembling the cutter block cover, Fig. 4, 5
Move the cutter block cover (K) with the guide lug (N) to
the guide bolt (L) and the threaded bolts (M).
Secure the cover with the locking handle (O).

Putting into operation

Raise the yellow hinged cover (1), when engaged,

press the red button upwards (2).
2 Press the green button on the switch.
In case of power failure, the machine shuts-down.
Switching off the machine
Press the red button (2) on the hinged cover (1).
Motor protection
The motor is equipped with a circuit breaker.
This switches off automatically when overloaded.
Montage

Attention ! Avant tout travaux de rééquipement et de
montage, débrancher la fiche d'alimentation
Monter le support de dressage (A) avec 2 vis Allen (B) M6
x20 mm et 2 rondelles de 6 mm (B) sur la paroi latérale
de la machine à raboter.
Ajustage du guide parallèle de dégauchissage, Fig. 3
Déterminez la position à 90° du guide parallèle à l'aide
d'une équerre, et serrez fermement avec une vis à poignée
(H)
. Vissez ensuite la vis à six pans
bloquez-la avec l'écrou. Déterminez la position à 45° du
guide parallèle et serrez-le avec la vis de serrage
(G)
ensuite la vis à six pans
avec l'écrou.

Poussez la protection de l'arbre de dégau
(N)
de guidage sur le boulon-guide
Fixez la protection avec la poignée de verrouillage

Mise en service

Soulevez le couvercle à charnière jaune (1), poussez

le bouton rouge (2) vers le haut lorsqu'il est enclen-
ché.
2 Appuyez sur le bouton vert de l'interrupteur.
En cas de panne de courant la machine s'éteint.
Arrêt de la machine
Appuyez sur le bouton rouge (2) sur le couvercle à char-
nière (1)
Protection du moteur
Le moteur est équipé d'un disjoncteur.
Celui-ci éteint le moteur automatiquement en cas de

jusqu'à la butée et
(H)
. Vissez
jusqu'à la butée et bloquez-la
(K)
avec la plaque
(L) (M)
et le goujon fileté
(O)
