Regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten, Arbeiten innerhalb 4, 8, 16 Stunden sind durch den Betreiber (UTN) des Gerätes auszuführen, sofern
zwischen dem Betreiber und dem befugten Kundenservice (CAA) keine anderen Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden.
Außerordentliche Wartung, Kontrollen oder Eingriffe, die eine höhere Fachkompetenz und Gerätekenntnis erfordern und vom CAA
auszuführen sind; dieser hat außerdem die vom den UTN ausgeführten regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten zu bestätigen d.h. mit Datum
und seiner Unterschrift zu vermerken.

Mantenimiento extraordinario, son controles o intervenciones que requieren mayor profesionalidad y conocimiento de la máquina, son
a cargo del CAA al que corresponde también la tarea de validar, con su visto bueno y fecha, las operaciones de mantenimiento ordina-
rio efectuadas por un UTN.

provides the Manufacturer with important information so as to enable the quick identification of interventions under guarantee should the
need arise. This information acts as a constant reminder for users. It can be read at any time and we regard it as added value in
avoiding unnecessary costs and/or unexpected downtime.
Routine maintenance means interventions within 4, 8 and 16 hours are deemed to be carried out by the User (UTN) of the machine
unless otherwise stated in agreements between the user and the Authorised Help Centre (CAA).
Supplementary maintenance means checks or interventions that require a higher level of professional knowledge of the machine. They must
be carried out by the CAA, which has the job of validating the routine maintenance operations done by the user by visual inspection and date.
