1. Lower the tray onto the shaker table and use the
recesses (1a/1b) to push it against the rear knurled
screws (1c/1d) and the clamp (2a) of the shaker table.
Note the weight of the tray if it is already loaded with
shaker vessels.
2. Press the front edge of the tray downwards (2b) until
it engages in the front holding clamp (2c).
3. The drill holes (3a/3b) in the tray fit into the centring
cones (3c/3d) in the shaker table and affix the tray.
Ensure uniform seating of the centring cones (3c/3d) in
the tray. Now place the tray correctly on the shaker
table.
If necessary, you can adjust the centring cones as
follows:
1. Loosen the screws of the centring cones (3c/3d) with
the Allen key.
2. Move the tray gently back and forth if necessary. The
centring cones (3c/3d) automatically centre in the drill
holes (3a/3b) of the tray.
3. After the tolerance compensation, carefully retighten
the screws of the centring cones (3c/3d).
4. For additional securing of the tray - especially at high
loads in conjunction with high speeds, screw the
provided countersunk head screws M5 x 8 into the
designated drill holes.
