10.4 "IL" = Mains C.T. ratio.
The "IL" parameter is displayed in turn with the value previously
set by the user.
The value can be changed using the L or M key.
Setting examples:
C.T. 300/5 IL=60; C.T. 350/5 IL=70; C.T. 400/5 IL=80

"COn" is displayed in turn with the default value "FF1".
