Instructions to remove the Dynamic Knife Actuation
Spring Assembly (47292)
1.
Follow the Dynamic Knife Actuation Spring Assembly
Removal Instructions
•
Follow Steps 1-7 from "Dynamic Knife Actuation Spring
Assembly (SPA47292) Removal Instructions"
2. 2. Remove the Dynamic Knife Actuator Spring Assembly
from the Y151T-110/220 Machine
• Push up against the Press Arm Assembly and keep it in place
•
Place a 5/16" Wrench around the Nylon Locknut
•
Remove the Nylon Locknut and M5 Flat Washer
•
Release the Press Arm Assembly into its original position.
•
Locate (2) Button Head Hex Socket Screw
•
Insert a 2.5 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Button Head
Hex Socket Cap Screw
•
Remove all Button Head Hex Socket Cap Screw
•
Carefully pull out and remove the Dynamic Knife Actuator
Spring Assembly from the Y151T-110/220 Machine
3. Follow the Dynamic Knife Actuation Spring Assembly
Removal Instructions
• Follow Steps 9-21 from "Dynamic Knife Actuation Spring
Assembly (SPA47292) Removal Instructions"
