Insert a 6 mm Wrench around the Hex Lock
Nut and screw tightly
13. Part 2: Assemble the Mechanical Knife Assembly
•
Locate the following parts
•
Shoulder Screw, Hex Socket (21067-02-B)
•
Flat Washer (21047-07)
•
Back, Actuator Plate (47315)
•
Hex 2x Female Standoff/Spacer (21028-70)
•
Push up against the Press Arm Assembly and keep it in
place
•
Align the Hex 2x Female Standoff/Spacer and the Back
Actuator Plate
•
Insert the Flat Washer and the Shoulder Screw, Hex
Socket into the Hex 2x Female Standoff/Spacer through
the Back Actuator Plate
•
Insert a 8 mm Wrench around the Hex 2x Female
Standoff/Spacer and hold tightly
•
Insert a 3 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Shoulder
Screw Hex Socket (21067-02-B) and screw until the head/
ring of the Hex Socket Shoulder Screw touches the Back
Actuator Plate, without the Press Arm changing position.
Note: Adjust accordingly; the Press Arm movement
should not be stopped by the Dynamic Knife
