14. Assemble the Left Side Lower Machine Cover to the
Y151T-110/220 Machine
•
Locate the following parts
•
Left Side Lower Machine Cover
•
(4) Button Head Hex Socket Screw (21061-20-N)
•
(4) Flat Washer
•
Align the Left Side Lower Machine Cover along the cut out
holes provided
•
Insert the Button Head Hex Socket Screw
•
Insert a 4 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Button Head
Hex Socket Screw and screw tightly
•
Repeat the above steps with the other Button Head Hex
Socket Screw
15. Assemble the Air Regulator/Filter /Gauge from the Left side
Lower Machine Cover
•
Locate the following parts
•
Air Regulator/Filter/Gauge
•
Button Head Hex Socket Screw (21061-26-N)
•
Locate the hole provided to attached the Air Regulator/Filter/
Gauge onto the Y151T-110/220 Machine
•
Located on the left hand side of the Y151T-110/220 Machine
•
Insert the Button Head Hex Socket Screw into the Air
Regulator/Filter/Gauge into the hole provided on the
Y151T-110/220
•
Insert a 4 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Button Head
Hex Socket Screw (21061-26-N) and screw tightly
16. Assemble the Label Tape Cassette and Label Tape Cassette
Rack
•
Locate the following parts
•
Label Tape Cassette
•
Label Tape Cassette Rack
•
(2) Button Head Hex Socket Screw (21061-26-N)
•
Locate the holes provided to attached the Label Tape
Cassette Rack onto the Y151T-110/220 Machine on the left
hand side of the Y151T-110/220 Machine
•
Insert the Button Head Hex Socket Screw into the Label Tape
Cassette Rack into the hole provided on the Y151T-110/220
Machine
•
Insert a 4 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Button Head
Hex Socket Screw and screw tightly
•
Repeat the above steps to the other Button Head Hex Socket
Screw
17. Turn on all power to the Y151T-110/220 Machine
18. Load the Label Tape Cassette and feed the label into the
Y151T-110/220 Machine
19. Test the Y151T-110/220 Machine
•
Make sure the Dynamic Knife is cutting the label with a clean
cut edge
20. Repeat Step 11 and adjust the Dynamic Knife Pivot Block If
the Dynamic Knife is not cutting the label with a clean cut
edge
•
if the Dynamic Knife is cutting the label with a clean cut
edge, proceed to step 21
Note: - OPTIONAL - You can remove the Socket Hex Cup
Point Set Screw on top of the Stanchion, Right if the
Dynamic Knife is cutting the label with a clean cut edge
21. Pull down the Top Cover of the Y151T-110/220 Machine
