10. Assemble the Dynamic Knife Block Assembly
Locate the following parts:
•
(2) Button Head Hex Socket Screw (21061-17-R)
•
(2) Lock Washer, Split Lock (21046-03-A)
•
Dynamic Knife Blade (47227)
•
Dynamic Knife Blade Actuator (47228)
•
Dynamic Knife Pivot Block (47229)
•
Place the Dynamic Knife Blade around the Dynamic Knife
Pivot Block with the folded part of the Dynamic Knife
Blade wrapped around the angle part of the Dynamic
Knife Pivot Block
•
Make sure the Dynamic Knife Blade and the Dynamic
Knife Block are tightly together at the corners
•
Place the Dynamic Knife Blade Actuator onto the
Dynamic Knife Blade and Dynamic Knife Pivot Block
•
Align the holes with the Dynamic Knife Blade and the
Dynamic Knife Pivot Block
•
Move the Dynamic Knife Blade Actuator to the right as
most as possible while still being aligned with the other
parts
•
Insert the Button Head Hex Socket Screw and the Lock
Washer, Split Lock into the holes provided
•
Insert a 2.5 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Button
Head Hex Socket Cap Screw and screw tightly
•
Repeat the above steps with the other Button Head Hex
Socket Cap Screw and Lock Washer, Split Lock
11. Re-Installing Dynamic Knife Block Assembly
•
Locate the following parts:
•
(2) Socket Hex Cup Point Set Screw (21049-06-C)
•
Knife Pivot Shaft (47110)
•
Flat Washer Plain M5 (21047-06-A)
•
Hex Nut Elastic Lock (21051-31-G)
•
Insert the Knife Pivot Shaft into the Dynamic Knife Block
Assembly through the Stanchion, Right
•
Insert (2) Socket Hex Cup Point Set Screw on top of the
Stanchion, Right
