Insert a 1.5 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Socket
Hex Cup Point Set Screw and screwed on just to touch the
Knife Pivot Shaft
Turn the Socket Hex Cup Point Set Screw one more half
turn counter clockwise, the shaft can now slide but not
turn
Repeat the above step with the other Socket Hex Cup
Point Set Screw
Insert the M5 Flat Washer Plain and M5 Hex Nut Elastic
Lock into the Knife Pivot Shaft from the right hand side
Insert a 8mm Wrench around the M5 Hex Nut Elastic Lock
and screw on loosely
Make sure the Press Arm is able to move freely without
any hesitation
If there is a hesitation, loosen up the M5 Hex Nut Elastic
Lock
12. Part 1: Assemble the Mechanical Knife Assembly
Locate the following parts
Mechanical Knife Assembly
Press Arm
Press Arm Bracket (47317)
Phillips FH Screw (21029-69)
Hex Lock Nut (21051-32-G)
Hex 2x Female Standoff/Spacer (21028-70)
(2) Hex Nut (21045-07-A)
Hex Nut Lock (21051-33-G)
Rod End Ball Joint (24091-77)
Insert the Hex 2x Female Standoff/Spacer onto the short
shaft of the Threaded Rod and screw tightly
Carefully place the Mechanical Knife Assembly into the
hole provided by the Y151T-110/220 Machine
next to the Dynamic Knife Block Assembly
Slide the Press Arm Bracket around the Press Arm and
slide it to the back until it touches the bronze bearing
Insert the Press Arm Bracket around the Press Arm
Insert the Phillips FH Screw into the Press Arm Bracket
from the right to left
Insert a M3 Hex Lock Nut into the Phillips FH Screw
Insert a flat head screw driver into the Phillips FH Screw
and keep it in place
