INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
EN
One PCS card is for the keyboard and screen, and a
second PCS card is for the CPU process circuits, the re-
gulation of the dosing pumps, and for the regulation and
processing of the signals received by the instruments:
probes, flow sensors, level probes, etc.

5. INSTALLATION

Before starting installation, read this manual attenti-
vely.
The installation operations must be carried out exclusi-
vely by specialized and qualified staff.
DeIt is essential to make use of the appropriate protective
measures, instruments and tools. Regulations to ensure
prevention of accidents and safety must be respected.
Lift and handle the equipment with care.
If the product has clearly been damaged, it must not be
installed and the official ESPA after-sales service must be
contacted.
The panel is designed as a wall attachment, to be fixed to
a vertical wall.
It must be positioned in a dry, ventilated location.
It must not be positioned above cans for acid or chlori-
nated products so as to avoid exposing the equipment to
vapours that could damage it.
Recipients containing chemical reactants must be closed
and correctly identified. They must not be placed either
under the panel or too far away from it, so as to avoid
suction problems with the dosage pumps. It is important

Electrical connection

The EQUAL Complet system receives its electricity
supply through a connecting power cable from a stan-
dard socket. Connect the instrument to the 230 VAC
50 Hz/1A power point. Ensure that the connection is
earthed in accordance with current regulations. To avoid
overloading it is recommended that the EQUAL Complet
equipment be connected to a different power-point from
that which feeds the pool's filter pump.
Before undertaking any maintenance or repair operation,
the system must be disconnected from the mains power-
point.

Hydraulic installation

Once the panel has been fixed to the wall, proceed to im-
plement the hydraulic connection. The connection of the
probe holder to the swimming-pool by-pass filter pipes
must be undertaken in accordance with the diagram at
