7.2 Cleaning

In order to ensure faultless and hygienic operation of the machine, it should be cleaned and
checked regularly depending on local conditions.
IMPORTANT:
For effective cleaning and disinfecting, and for quick and lasting removal of deposits
(lime, rust, iron, manganese) we recommend using the ready-to-use special cleaner
from WESSAMAT. It can be ordered from specialised dealers or directly from
WESSAMAT.

CAUTION
Before cleaning, completely remove the remaining ice that is in the storage
container. If necessary, wait until the ice cubes on the evaporator fingers have
fallen off. Ice intended for consumption must not come into contact with the
cleaning agent.
!! WARNING
Do not reach into the open, switched on machine! There is a risk that injuries
to the hand may result from being pinched by movements of the tub.
!! WARNING
During cleaning, make sure that neither cleaner nor water comes into contact
with electrical components.
