Mounting the AS 2/C-100 or
AS 2/C-250 on KU 2/O-180
Fasten AS 2/C-100 or AS 2/C-250
drive head on the ST 2/C-100 section
profi le on the front, Fig. 57.
To do this...

Insert the housing in the "X" holes
using both centering pins on the
front.

Fasten with two self-tapping
S 8x25-T40, ESD screws in the
"Y" core drill holes using a T 40
screwdriver for hexagonal star
socket screws (blade length at least
160 mm) inserted in the through
holes.
Tightening torque M
= 25 Nm.

Fastening the UM 2/C-170 or
UM 2/C-60 on KU 2/O-180

Fasten the UM 2/C-170,
UM 2/C-60 (with either small/large
drive heads) to the ST 2/C-100
section profi le on the front using
the same procedure as that for the
AS 2/C-100, Fig. 57.

Fixer l'AS 2/C-100 ou l'AS 2/C-250
sur KU 2/O-180
Fixer la tête d'entraînement AS 2/C-100
bzw. AS 2/C-250 sur la face avant sur le
profi lé de section ST 2/C-100, Fig. 57.
Pour cela ...

installer le carter avec les deux
tiges de centrage devant dans les
alésages prévus « X ».

Fixer avec deux vis autotaraudeuses
S 8x25-T40, ESD dans les avant-
trous de taraudage
« Y » à l'aide d'un tournevis pour vis
en étoile T 40 (longueur de la lame
au minimum 160 mm) à travers les
orifi ces.
Couple de serrage M
= 25 Nm.

Fixer l'UM 2/C-170, ou l'UM 2/C-60
sur KU 2/O-180

Fixer le renvoi UM 2/C-170,
UM 2/C-60 (au choix grosses/
petites têtes d'entraînement) de la
même façon que pour AS 2/C-100
sur la face avant sur le profi lé de
section ST 2/C-100, Fig. 57.
