AS 2/C-100 bzw. AS 2/C-250 an
KU 2/O-180 befestigen
Der AS 2/C-100, 3 842 998 053, bzw.
AS 2/C-250, 3 842 998 087, muss zum
Anbau an die KU 2/O-180
nach Fig. 55 demontiert werden.

Bei AS 2/C-100
zwei Sechskantschrauben
M6(SW10),
1a bei AS 2/C-250
vier Sechskantschrauben
M6(SW10) am Flansch lösen.

Getriebemotor von
Sechskantkupplung abziehen,
Flansch am Gehäuse entfernen.

Auf beiden Seiten vordere
Schutzkastenhälfte entfernen.

Abdeckungen am Antriebskopf
abschrauben.
5
Gleitstück aus Antriebskopf nach
oben entfernen.
6
Kompletten Antriebsstrang aus
den Antriebsgehäusen nach
oben entnehmen und auf einem
Montagetisch bereitlegen.

Mounting AS 2/C-100 or AS 2/C-250
on KU 2/O-180
The AS 2/C-100, 3 842 998 053, or
AS 2/C-250, 3 842 998 087, must be
dimantled as in Fig. 55 to mount it on
the KU 2/O-180.

With the AS 2/C-100, loosen
two M6(SW10) hexagonal screws
on the fl ange,
1a With the AS 2/C-250, loosen
four M6(SW10) hexagonal screws
on the fl ange.

Pull the gear motor from the
hexagonal coupling, remove fl ange
on housing.

Remove the front half of the
protective case on both sides.

Unscrew the covers on the drive
head.
5
Take the sliding piece off the drive
head, removing it upwards.
6
Take the complete drive train
from the drive housing, removing
it upwards, and lay it out on an
assembly table.

Fixer l'AS 2/C-100 ou l'AS 2/C-250
sur KU 2/O-180
L'AS 2/C-100, 3 842 998 053, ou

être démonté pour le montage sur
KU 2/O-180 suivant Fig. 55.

Dévisser pour l'AS 2/C-100 les
deux vis hexagonales M6(SW10),
1a pour l'AS 2/C-250 les
quatre vis hexagonales M6(SW10)
sur la bride.

Ôter en tirant le moteur
d'entraînement du coupleur
hexagonal, retirer la bride sur le
carter.

Enlever sur les deux côtés les demi-
carters avant de protection.
4
Dévisser les couvercles de la tête
d'entraînement.
5
Enlever par le dessus la
pièce coulissante de la tête
d'entraînement.
6
Sortir par le haut la barre
d'entraînement complète du carter
d'entraînement et mettre en place
sur une table de montage.
