Achtung!
Die "Sicherheitstechnische
Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern",
3 842 527 147 ist durchzuführen!
Vor Installation, Inbetriebnahme,
Wartung und Instandsetzung ist die
Betriebs- und Montageanleitung, vor
allem die Sicherheitsvorschriften zu
lesen und zu beachten.
Durchführung der Arbeiten nur
durch geschultes, eingewiesenes
Fachpersonal!
Alle Sicherheitsabdeckungen, die bei
Wartungsarbeiten entfernt wurden,
müssen vor der Inbetriebnahme wieder
angebracht werden!
Elektrische Anschlüsse nach der
entsprechenden nationalen
Vorschrift. Für Deutschland:
VDE-Vorschrift VDE 0100!
Vor allen Instandsetzungs-,
und Wartungsarbeiten sind die
Energiezuführungen (Hauptschalter,
Druckminderventil etc.) abzuschalten!
Außerdem sind Maßnahmen
erforderlich, um ein unbeabsichtigtes
Wiedereinschalten zu verhindern,
z.B. am Hauptschalter ein
entsprechendes Warnschild
"Wartungsarbeiten" ,
„Instandsetzungsarbeiten" etc.
anbringen!
Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
der SE 2/C ist der Werkstücktransport
auf Rexroth-Werkstückträgern WT 2 im
Rexroth-Transfersystem TS 2plus.
Max. zulässige WT-Last 70kg.
Max. zulässige Gesamtlast der
SE 2/C in Verbindung mit Antrieb
– AS 2/C-100: 100 kg
– AS 2/C-250: 250 kg
– AS 2/C-400: 400 kg
– AS 2/C-700: 700 kg
Die SE 2/C ist nicht begehbar!
Stau auf der Übertriebsrolle ist zu
vermeiden da er zu Verschleiß am
Werkstückträger führt.
Die SE 2/C mit Kurven KU 2/O-
90 bzw. KU 2/O-180 sind mit dem
zusätzlichen Einbau einer Wippe
WI /M (Staudruckminimierung) bedingt
staufähig!

operation, maintenance and repair.
Work may only be performed by
qualifi ed and specially trained personnel!
All security coverings that have been
removed during repair works have to be
reinstalled before start up!
All electrical connections must be
made in accordance with the applicable
national regulations. For Germany:
regulation VDE 0100 (VDE, German
Association of Electricians)!
The power must always be switched off
(at mains switch, pressure relief valve
etc.) before maintenance and repair
work!
Take precautions to prevent inadvertent
restoration of power, e.g. by hanging
a suitable warning sign at the mains
switch, such as:
"Maintenance work in progress" or
"Repair work in progress"!
The intended use of the SE 2/C is to
convey workpieces on Rexroth WT 2
workpiece pallets in the TS 2plus
transfer system from Rexroth.
Max. permitted WT load 70 kg.
Max. permitted total load of
SE 2/C including drive
– AS 2/C-100: 100 kg
– AS 2/C-250: 250 kg
– AS 2/C-400: 400 kg
– AS 2/C-700: 700 kg
Walking on the SE 2/C is not permitted!
Avoid accumulation on the connection
roller, since this will lead to wear on the
workpiece pallet.
The SE 2/C with KU 2/O-90 or
KU 2/O-180 curves can be used for
accumulation of pallets to a certain
extent by installing a WI /M rocker
(to minimize accumulation pressure)!

Attention !
Il faut procéder à l'initiation technique
du personnel en matière de sécurité
(3 842 527 147).
Avant l'installation, la mise en service,
la maintenance et les réparations, lire et
respecter les instructions d'utilisation et
de montage, et surtout les consignes de
sécurité.
Les travaux ne doivent être effectués
que par des personnes agréées et
compétentes !
Avant la mise en service, remettre en
place tous les carters de sûreté enlevés
pour les travaux de maintenance !
Les branchements électriques doivent
être conformes à la réglementation
nationale. Pour l'Allemagne : norme
VDE 0100 !
Avant d'effectuer des réparations ou
des travaux de maintenance, couper
l'alimentation en énergie (interrupteur
principal, manodétendeur etc.) !
D'autre part, prendre toutes les mesures
nécessaires pour éviter une remise en
marche accidentelle, en apposant par
exemple près de l'interrupteur principal
un panneau d'avertissement « travaux de
maintenance », « réparations » etc. !
L'utilisation conforme de la SE 2/C est
le transport de pièces sur les palettes
porte-pièces de Rexroth WT 2 dans
le système de transfert de Rexroth
TS 2plus.

– AS 2/C-250: 250 kg

Il est interdit de marcher sur la SE 2/C !
Il faut éviter les accumulations sur
le rouleau de liaison parce qu'elles
entraînent l'usure de la palette porte-
pièces.
Les SE 2/C avec les courbes KU 2/O-
90 ou KU 2/O-180 disposent avec
le montage supplémentaire d'une
bascule WI /M (minimisation de la
charge d'accumulation) d'une possibilité
d'accumulation restreinte !
