Ketten in oberen Führungsprofi len
bis zum AS 2/C-400, AS 2/C-700
vorziehen.
10 Kettenspanner verriegeln, dazu
den Spannhebel „X" auf der
Gehäuseinnenseite nach oben
ziehen und in oberer Stellung durch
eine 90°-Drehung einrasten.
11 Kette auf Kettenrad aufl egen,
Kettenräder drehen, Kettenenden
unten im Gehäuse zusammenführen,
ggf. mit Demontagewerkzeug
8 981 010 510 ablängen.
Mit Kettenschloss verschließen,
graue Flachplatte mit Loch
aufclipsen.
12 Kette durchdrehen und ggf. im
Bereich der Rückenbiegung ölen mit
2 ... 3g Öl/m Kette (z.B. Structovis
GHD, 0842 904 229).
13 Untere Abdeckbleche in Gehäuse
einlegen, Abdeckplatten AS 2/C-
400, AS 2/C-700 montieren.
14 Bei AS 2/C-400 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken.
14a Bei AS 2/C-700 Flansch
an Abdeckplatte befestigen
Getriebemotor auf Sechskantwelle
aufstecken und am Flansch
befestigen.
15 Kettenspanner entriegeln, dazu
Spannhebel „X" um 90° drehen.
Kettenspannung prüfen.

Pull the chain forward to the
AS 2/C-400, AS 2/C-700 in the
upper guide profi les.
10 Lock the chain tensioner by pulling
up the tension lever "X" on the
interior of the housing and locking
it in the upper position with a 90°
turn.
11 Lay the chain on the chain wheel,
turn the chain wheels, bring
the chain ends together at the
bottom of the housing, shorten (if
necessary) using the dismantling
tool 8 981 010 510.
Close with the master link and clip
on the gray plate with hole.
12 Spin the chain and oil, if necessary,
where the chain back bends with
2 to 3 g oil/m chain (e.g. Structovis
GHD, 0842 904 229).
13 Insert the bottom cover sheets in
the housing, mount AS 2/C-400,
AS 2/C-700 cover plates.
14 With the AS 2/C-400, place the
gear motor (with mounted fl ange)
on the hex shaft.
14a With the AS 2/C-700, fasten fl ange
to cover plate, place gear motor on
hex shaft and fasten at fl ange.
15 Unlock the chain tensioner by
turning the tension lever "X" by 90°.
Check the chain tension.

Avancer les chaînes dans les
profi lés de guidage supérieurs
jusqu'à l'AS 2/C-400, AS 2/C-700.
10 Verrouiller le tendeur de chaîne,
pour cela tirer vers le haut le
levier de serrage « X » sur la face
intérieure du carter et encliqueter
dans la position supérieure en
tournant de 90°.
11 Mettre la chaîne sur le pignon
à chaîne, tourner les pignons à
chaîne, assembler les extrémités de
chaîne au-dessous dans le carter, si
nécessaire couper à longueur avec
l'outil de démontage 8 981 010 510.
Fermer avec le maillon raccord,
clipser la plate-forme grise avec
trou.
12 Faire patiner la chaîne et si
nécesaire huiler dans le domaine
de la fl exion dorsale avec 2 ... 3g
huile/m de chaîne (par ex. Structovis
GHD, 0842 904 229).
13 Placer les tôles de protection
inférieures dans le carter. Monter
les couvercles AS 2/C-400,
AS 2/C-700.
14 Pour AS 2/C-400 monter le moteur
d'entraînement (muni de la bride)
sur l'arbre hexagonal.
14a Pour AS 2/C-700 fi xer la bride
sur le couvercle, monter le moteur
d'entraînement sur l'arbre hexagonal
et le fi xer à la bride.
15 Déverrouiller le tendeur de chaîne,
pour cela tourner le levier de
serrage « X » de 90°.
Vérifi er la tension de la chaîne.
