PID control loop range defining

Range defining parameters are as follows:
Parameter
Setpoint high limit
(SPHL)
Setpoint low limit (SPLL)
Controlled variable
high limit (CVHL)
Controlled variable low
limit (CVLL)
The units for CVHL, CVLL, SPHL and SPLL always match the units and ranges of the CV
and SP, respectively.

Only pumps can go in Cascade mode on XDUO Quad Single-Use Mixer.
In some cases the limits (CVHL, CVLL, SPHL and SPLL) are applied to
the system at the factory. This information can be found in Factory Ac-
ceptance Test documentation.
Description
The loop setpoint control has been set via Setpoint Table.
Remarque :
The PID faceplate field Remote/Local is replaced by an
orange SP Table field when the loop is in Setpoint Table
control mode.
Function
Prevents the control system from increasing the setpoint
above the set SPHL. Prevents the operator from entering
a setpoint higher than the defined SPHL value into the SP
field.
Prevents the control system from decreasing the setpoint
below the set SPLL. Prevents the operator from entering a
setpoint lower than the defined SPLL value into the SP field.
Prevents the control system from increasing the controlled
variable (output) above the set CVHL. Prevents the operator
from entering a value higher than the defined CVHL value
into the CV field.
Prevents the control system from decreasing the controlled
variable (output) below the set CVLL. Prevents the operator
from entering a value lower than the defined CVLL value
into the CV field.
