B.1.5 Alarm Summary and Alarm History
The filter function allows the user to select only a relevant group of alarms and/or events
for viewing. If the instrument is part of FlexFactory, the alarms and events from all addi-
tional components will be visible. By selecting the relevant system the user will be able
to view only the alarms and events that concern this system.

Alarm History window
The Alarm History window is accessed from header toolbar by selecting Flex Info:Alarm
History option. This window displays all alarms and events associated with the process,
both the active alarms and the acknowledged alarms that are not in active state anymore.
The information contained in Alarm History window is saved in the database for storage
and retrieval.
In case of systems connected to FlexFactory Automation System, this functionality can
be used for end-to-end audits of each step performed on any piece of equipment of the
FlexFactory.
