1- Test the belt on your hips
The belt is ergonomic and fits exactly over the hips. It must neither be too tight nor too loose.
Too tight
2- Adjust the size
If the belt does not fit exactly over the hips:
Remove the protection cover entirely.
Pull the strap to adjust.
