3.1 CONTROL PANEL - DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
NOTE: Always stand on the side rails when you start the treadmill, never start the
treadmill while you are standing on the running belt.

3.2 DISPLAY PANEL - DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
TIME:
Displays your elapsed workout
time in minutes and seconds.
SPEED:
Displays the current speed from
the minimum 1.0 KPH to the
maximum 6.0 KPH or 12.0 KPH.
PULSE:
Displays your current heart rate in
beats per minute (BPM).
INCLINE:
Displays the incline levels during
your workout.
