7 STARTING A MEASUREMENT

To have a measurement be started according to preset values or those used for the last operation, press the key
Pop-up menu for the measurement in progress
As the measurement is being taken, all related parameters are displayed along with the gradual progression of the probe
(status line at the bottom). Once the measurement is completed, display shows the results obtained.
In case the instrument was not calibrated initially (see Calibration menu), a message appears to tell you to choose between
two options i.e. Perform calibration or Quit with the measurement left untaken.

8 MENUS AND SUBMENUS

Each menu or submenu allows you to set and further control all the functions. Main menu appears once the unit has been
switched on.
