battery power falls below 2.5V. The multimeter will continue to function.
2.
The battery symbol will remain without flashing when power falls below
2.2V. The multimeter will not work until the batteries are replace.

AC/DC VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT

WARNING! Do not measure voltage over 250Vrms. You may suffer an
electric shock and/or the tool may be damaged. Avoid a shock
when the correct voltage range is not known by selecting the
maximum range and reduce accordingly.
Measure a known voltage to verify the multimeter's setting reading
before use.
1.
Switch the function selection dial (C) to the
AC volts (V
2.
Insert the black test lead into the COM jack
(E) and the red test lead into the inputs jack
(F).
3.
Connect test leads with the load in parallel.
4.
Read the measurement on the LCD (A).
5.
The buzzer will sound if the measurement range exceeds 250 volts or
10 amps in either AC or DC.

RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT

1.
Turn the power off and discharge all capacitors in the electrical circuit.
2.
Switch the dial to the Ohm symbol (Ω) position (Fig. 5).
3.
Short the test leads by crossing the metal tips to obtain a reading.
Remember this number to determine the final reading.
