façonneuse Armor ABS horizontale
Fonctionnement optimum :
La façonneuse n'atteindra son plein rendement et une qualité de
façonnage impeccable que lorsque les coursiers seront
suffisamment imprégnés de farine.
Pour cela avant la mise en service, il est conseillé de fariner
légèrement les coursiers. Dans les premières utilisations,
recommencer cette opération deux fois par fournée, ensuite une
fois.
Recommandation :
Il est toujours recommandé de fleurer les pâtons plutôt que de
mettre trop de farine dans la façonneuse. Nous vous conseillons
d'utiliser des pâtes assez douces et n'ayant pas trop de force.

1 Commande de laminage
Permet le réglage de l'écartement entre
les rouleaux de laminage A et B. A est fixe
et le rouleau B est mobile.
Pour manipuler la manette du rouleau de
laminage qui se trouve à gauche, il faut la
soulever qui a pour effet de la désindexer
du sélecteur. Tirer la manette vers soi
pour resserrer les rouleaux ou alors la
pousser pour augmenter l'écart entre les
rouleaux. Relâcher ensuite la manette qui
va s'indexer dans le sélecteur gradué.
Le fait de resserrer les rouleaux aura pour
effet de laminer plus et permettra un
serrage plus important de la pâte.
Optimum performance:
The moulder will reach its full output and an optimal quality of
shaping only when the moulding belts are covered with enough flour.
We recommend slightly flouring the moulding belts before starting
the machine. For the first uses, repeat this operation twice a batch,
then once every batch.
Recommendation:
It is always recommended to flour the dough pieces rather than
putting too much flour into the moulder. We advise you to use soft
dough without too much strength.
Use of the Armor ABS

1 Rollingcontrol:
Sets up the distance between the fixed
roller (A) and the mobile roller (B).
To move the rolling control handle on the
left, you have to lift the handle which de-
indexes it from the selector. Pull the
handle towards you to tighten the rollers
or push it to increase the distance
between them. Then, release the handle
and let it be indexed in the graduated
selector.
Tightening the rollers will roll the dough
further and make it tighter.
