Déballage
Au déballage, retirer les 2 vis qui fixent la machine sur
la palette.
Descendre la façonneuse horizontale Armor ABS de
la palette en la soulevant et en la tirant vers l'avant.
Précautions avant mise en route
La façonneuse horizontale Armor ABS doit être simplement
raccordée au réseau électrique pour fonctionner.
S'assurer que le réseau électrique est conforme
aux normes en vigueur.
Il est recommandé de brancher la façonneuse
horizontale Armor ABS sur un circuit électrique
protégé par un disjoncteur différentiel ≤ 30mA afin
d'identifier toute défaillance électrique du produit.
Vérifier que le câble d'alimentation n'est pas coincé
et trop tendu.
Vérifier qu'aucun corps étranger n'est présent à
l'intérieur de la façonneuse horizontale Armor ABS.
Raccordement au réseau électrique
Brancher la fiche d'alimentation.
Vérification du sens de rotation du moteur
Ce point de contrôle est extrêmement important.
La mise en route s'effectue par un commutateur à
deux positions incorporé dans le carter gauche de
la façonneuse. Cependant, il vous sera impossible
de la mettre en marche si la goulotte n'est pas en
place.
La façonneuse branchée, mettre le contacteur sur
la position 1. Donner une impulsion vers la droite,
position start, en étant prêt à repasser sur la
position 0 au niveau du contacteur.
Si la façonneuse tourne dans le sens contraire, la
chaîne aura tendance à sauter et le bruit dégagé
sera tout à fait anormal. Si la machine tourne dans
le
mauvais sens, débrancher la façonneuse et
inverser 2 fils de phase dans le bornier du moteur
(fils marron et noir par exemple).

Starting up
Unpacking
During the unpacking, remove the 2 screws fastening
the machine to the pallet.
Remove the Armor ABS horizontal moulder from the
pallet by lifting and pulling out forward.
Precautionary principles prior to start-up
To operate, the Armor ABS horizontal moulder must be
simply connected to the power grid.
Check that the power grid complies with current
standards.
The Armor ABS horizontal moulder should be
connected to an electrical circuit protected by a
differential circuit breaker ≤ 30mA in order to
identify any electrical failure of the product.
Check that the power supply cable is not pinched
or too stretched.
Check that the Armor ABS horizontal moulder is
free of any foreign objects.
Connection to the power grid
Connect the power supply plug.
Checking correct engine rotation
This check point is extremely important.
The on / off switch is located on left side of the
Armor ABS horizontal moulder, it is incrusted in
the left body panel. However it will be impossible
to switch the Armor ABS horizontal moulder if the
hopper is not in a closed position.
When plugged in, place the on/off switch on
position 1 by giving a small twist to the right and
be ready to quickly place the switch back to the off
position.
If the Armor ABS horizontal moulder is turning in
the wrong direction there will be the knocking
sound of a chain jumping.
If this is the case unplug the Armor ABS moulder
and invert two wire on the motor case ( black and
brown wire for example)
