Options
1 Tapis d'alimentation avant:
Système de chargement de la
façonneuse par un tapis motorisé qui va
alimenter les rouleaux de laminage.
2 Tapis d'alimentation arrière:
Système de chargement de la
façonneuse par un tapis motorisé qui va
alimenter les rouleaux de laminage.
3 Kit Pain carré:
Permet d'obtenir un pain court. Il
s'insère entre le tapis d'allonge et le
plateau inférieur. Cette option offre à
l'utilisateur la possibilité de réaliser deux
épaisseurs de produit différente en
tournant les guides à 90°.
4 Rolls-coup:
Cette option va vous permettre de
réaliser des petits pains. vous réalisez
un produit long (baguette
généralement) qui sera
automatiquement découpée en 2, 3, 4, 5
ou 6 petits pains.
5 Kit pointop:
Permet d'obtenir des baguettes à bout
pointu.
Attention :
Pour l'installation des options Kit pain
carré, Rolls-coup et le Kit pointop il faut
d'abord retirer le triangle d'allonge.
Using
Options
1 Front feeding belt:
Loading system of the moulder by a
motorized belt that will feed the laminating
rollers.
2 Back feeding belt:
Loading system of the moulder by a
motorized belt that will feed the laminating
rollers.
3 Squared bread kit:
Made for making shorter breads. It has to
be inserted between the rolling belt and
the inferior tray. This option offers the
possibility of making two product
thicknesses by turning the guides 90°.
4 Rolls-coup:
This option will allow the user to make
small breads by automatically cutting the
long bread (generally baguette) into 2, 3,
4, 5 or 6 separate and equal parts.
5 Pointop kit :
This option allows the user to make bread
with pointed ends.
Caution :
To install the options Squared bread kit,
Rolls-coup and Pointop kit, the stretching
triangle must first be dismantled.
