3 Tôle première allonge
La tôle première allonge et la
première étape d'allongement
de la pâte, elle peut être réglée
de trois manières différentes à
l'arrière de la machine selon la
force de la pâte à façonner.
I. Réglage pour les pâtes
fortes :
Les doigts d'indexages A sont
verrouillé en position rentré
(pour cela tirer sur les doigts
d'indexages, tourner puis
relâcher). En cette position la
tôle première allonge pivotera
autour des doigts d'indexages
B et cela permettra d'exercer
une pression uniforme sur la
pâte sans l'abîmer car la tôle
première allonge s'adapte à la
forme du pâton.
II. Réglage pour les pâtes
douces :
Pour les pâtes douces la tôle
première allonge peut être
verrouillé en deux positions
selon les préférences de
l'utilisateur. Pour positionner la
tôle première allonge
déverrouiller les doigts
d'indexages A et placer dans
un des deux trous de position.
Une fois la tôle en position elle
est verrouillée et ne peut pas
exercer de pression
supplémentaire sur le pâton.
III. Nettoyage et démontage
Pour démonter la tôle première
allonge, il suffit de verrouillé les
doigts d'indexages B en
position rentrés et détacher le
feutre C, ensuite tirer sur
l'ensemble de la tôle première
allonge.
3 Primary stretching plate
The primary stretching plate is
the first stage of the dough
stretching process. It can be
set in three different positions
at the back of the moulder
depending on the strength of
the dough that will be
moulded.
I. Settings for strong doughs:
The index pins A are locked in
a pulled in position (to lock the
pin in a pulled in position, pull
the pin and twist then let go.
The pin head should stay out).
In this position the primary
stretching plate will pivot
around the indexing pin B, this
will apply an even and uniform
pressure to the dough without
damaging it because the
primary stretching panel will
adapt itself to the dough.
II. settings for soft doughs
For soft dough the primary
stretching plate can be locked
in to two positions depending
on the users' preferences. To
position the primary stretching
plate, unlock the indexing pin
A and place it into one of the
two positioning holes. Once
the plate is in place it can no
longer move or apply any
additional pressure on the
dough.
III. cleaning and dismantling
To dismantle the primary
stretching plate, Lock the B
indexing pins in the pulled in
position and detach the felt C,
To remove the primary
stretching plate just pull and it
will slide out.
