Problem
Fireplace does not turn on with the
onboard controls
Fireplace does not respond to
commands given from the remote
control
Fireplace beeps once and tethered
controller light is on, but no other
functions work
Heater is on, but there is no heat
Circuit breaker trips or fuse blows
when unit is turned on
Product will not operate. The LED

Overflow Detection
Solution
Ensure the power switch is on.
Ensure unit is wired correctly.
Check main disconnect panel.
Check connection to the receiver
Replace remote control batteries.
Ensure batteries are installed
correctly.
Follow directions for pairing the
remote in the Operation section.
Ensure the remote is within 16' (5 m)
of the fireplace
Check connection to the receiver
Verify the connection to and from the
power supply brick.
Using the remote or the app,
increase the temperature setting,
so that it is above the ambient
temperature.
Install unit on a dedicated minimum
15 amp circuit.
There is a 45-second warm up

Refill the water tank(s) of the

Ensure the product is level by
checking the on-board level.
