REMOVAL
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Recover refrigerant from A/C system.
STEP 2:
Raise vehicle.
STEP 3:
Remove passenger side front and rear
wheels.
STEP 4:
Remove front passenger wheel well cover.
STEP 5:
Disconnect both A/C lines (high side and
low side) at service ports. Remove original
gasket from connector and discard.
STEP 6:
Remove rear passenger wheel well cover.
STEP 7:
Disconnect A/C lines from expansion valve
in rear of vehicle.
STEP 8:
Remove original A/C lines from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Keep all hoses free of dents
or kinks. Any hose restrictions will
affect system function.
STEP 1:
Cover new A/C line openings with
electrical tape to protect against
moisture and dirt contaminants.
STEP 2:
Pass rear of new low side hose forward
of and above rear wheel well and route
above frame.
STEP 3:
Install rear of new high side hose following
same path as low side hose.
STEP 4:
Connect hoses to expansion valve in rear
of vehicle.
