KIT CONTENTS
• VGT actuator (1)
• M6 x 60mm mounting bolts (2)
• M6 x 13mm alignment studs (2)
• M6 x 20mm bolts (2)
• Alignment plate
• Zip ties (4)
• Adapter harness (for 2007-2012
model years)
REMOVAL
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Wait until vehicle
is fully cooled.
STEP 1:
Drain coolant.
STEP 2:
Raise vehicle on lift or jack stands.
NOTE: Refer to owner's manual for
correct lifting procedure and use
proper lifting equipment only.
STEP 3:
Remove screws and push pins from the
inner wheel well liner of the front passenger
side tire and remove the liner.
STEP 4:
Remove front passenger side shock.
STEP 5:
Disconnect VGT actuator harness.

STEP 6:
Remove M8 bolt from VGT actuator harness.
STEP 7:
Loosen two M6 x 60mm and two M6 x
20mm bolts from the VGT actuator
and remove.
STEP 8:
Clean all mating surfaces.
STEP 9:
If pre-aligning/self-calibrating with a
scan tool, determine if you must start the
process before or after installation of the
replacement actuator. If your scan tool
requires that you start the pre-aligning/
self-calibrating process before installation,
perform the process before installation.
If your scan tool does not require that
you start the pre-aligning/self-calibrating
process before installation, proceed
to installation instructions.
