REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Safely raise vehicle.
STEP 2:
Remove stabilizer bar links and stabilizer bar from vehicle.
STEP 3:
Remove stabilizer bar brackets and bushings from bar. Cut brackets and bushings using a
suitable tool. Do not damage bar.
STEP 4:
Remove bushings and adhesive completely from stabilizer bar. A razor blade and wire wheel
may prove helpful. Prepare with paint as needed.
NOTE: Bar surface must be smooth and free of corrosion, rough surfaces and tool
marks prior to installation or premature bushing wear may occur.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Install new bushings and brackets.
NOTE: Bar should be free to rotate and brackets not fully tightened until
suspension is at ride height.
STEP 2:
Tighten stabilizer bar end links to 85 lbs-ft (115 N-m).
STEP 3:
With suspension at ride height, tighten all
bracket hardware to 85 lbs-ft (115 N-m).
